Associated Press SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) Home-improvement store Menard's will do some improvement of its own in Sioux Falls. The EPA says the company has agreed to restore part of Slip Up Creek to compensate for impact to another stream when it built a store. Nearly 1,400 feet of a stream was eliminated and replaced with a drainage pipe that ran beneath the parking lot. The EPA says Menard's also agreed to pay a civil penalty of $68,125.
