Associated Press Grand Forks, N.D. (AP) A Grand Forks postal worker is accused of stealing gift cards worth nearly $900. Brian McGurran is charged in federal court with theft of mail matter by a Postal Service employee. He has pleaded not guilty to all 17 counts. Authorities say the 28-year-old McGurran stole gift certificates to Applebee's, Barnes and Noble, Cenex, Kohl's, Sears, Target and Texas Roadhouse.
