RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) Rapid City police say a 41 year-old man has been arrested for the shooting death of another man Saturday night.

Police arrested Jesus (hay-SOOS') Torres of Rapid City for second-degree murder. He is in the Pennington County Jail.

Deb Cady of the Rapid City Police Department says a 44-year-old man was shot in the head at a home and was pronounced dead at a hospital. His name was not immediately released.

The first call came in about 9:15 p.m. as officers responded to a report of a fight in the back yard of a home. Officers heard a gunshot after they arrived. The officer who responded to the call was not involved when shots were fired.

Police say they are not looking for any more suspects in the case.
