Associated Press ST. PAUL (AP) Democratic congressional candidate Ashwin Madia says he raised more money than Republican Erik Paulsen in the latest fundraising period. But Paulsen has more money in the bank. Madia says he collected nearly $693,000 and had $738,000 in cash at the end of June. Paulsen has said he raised more than $600,000 and ended the second quarter with $1.1 million in the bank. The two are running for an open seat in Minnesota's 3rd District. U.S. Rep.
