Associated Press RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) An autopsy has found that a Rapid City high school Football player who collapsed and died during practice on July 14 had a heart condition. Sixteen-year-old Ryan Gramberg was a student at Stevens High School. The Pennington County coroner says Gramberg's his death was due to a disease that thickens the heart muscle. The rare condition is associated with people who otherwise seem to be healthy. Gramberg was taking part in a light practice session when he passed out and was rushed to Rapid City Regional Hospital, where he later died. (Copyright 2008 by The Associated Press.
