Associated Press SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) A Sioux Falls man will serve prison time for writing counterfeit checks. Troy Dwayne Campbell was sentenced to 21 months in prison and must also pay more than $5,800 in restitution. He'll also be on supervised release for five years. Campbell presented counterfeit checks earlier this year at Wells Fargo Bank, Service First Federal Credit Union, Sioux Empire Federal Credit Union and EZ Money.
