Fargo, N.D. (AP) Fargo police say a woman is accused of punching a nurse in a hospital emergency room.

Police say the 42-year-old West Fargo woman was arrested Monday afternoon after the incident at MeritCare Hospital. Sgt. Jeff Skuza says she was described as being drunk.

Skuza says the woman faces an assault charge. He says it's a felony under North Dakota law if it involves an assault on emergency room personnel.
