Obama, campaigning in Florida, says while McCain has addressed the crisis on Wall Street, he hasn't fully acknowledged the crisis on Main Street. ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) An AP investigation finds that Alaska Gov. sarah palin has charged the state for her children to travel with her. Palin later amended expense reports to specify that her kids attended events on official business, even though they hadn't been invited. A campaign spokesman says state policy was followed. NEW YORK (AP) Relative calm appears to have returned to Wall Street, even if the Dow industrials closed down today nearly 232 points. Analysts say investor anxiety seems to have lessened considerably compared with the previous two weeks. Washington (AP) Interior Department officials are plowing through public comments on easing endangered species rules before President Bush leaves office. Officials are trying to review 200,000 in just 32 hours, according to an e-mail obtained by The Associated Press. WASHINGTON (AP) The government is investigating more than 1 million Ford vehicles after receiving reports of tires leaking from faulty valve stems made by a Chinese company.
