On +election+ night, one set of 13 initiatives will move during even hours at :35, and the other during odd hours at :35. BC-AR-GayAdoption-All ArKansas: Bans gay and lesbian couples from adopting or being foster parents. BC-US-GayMarriage-All Arizona, California, Florida: Bans same-sex marriage. BC-MT-HealthInsurance-All Montana: Provides government-funded health insurance coverage for as many as 30,000 uninsured children. BC-OR-TeacherPerformance-All Oregon: Requires that teacher pay and job security be linked directly to classroom performance.
