KXMBTV Bismarck Linda Hanna says her husband got a defective defibrillator made by Indianapolis-based Guidant Corporation. George Hanna the Second died in April 2005. Linda Hanna is seeking more than $75,000 in a federal lawsuit. A report from Boston Scientific says more than 1,100 people have filed complaints about the heart devices. The Boston company acquired Guidant last year. A spokeswoman says the company has not seen the lawsuit and cannot comment on it. The lawsuit says George Hanna received a defibrillator in February of 2005 and died two months later.
