(CORRECTS headline) Bismarck, N.D. (AP) Flood warnings have been issued for residents of Dickinson and Wahpeton, at opposite ends of the state, due to rising rivers and ice jams.

In Dickinson, Stark County emergency manager Gary Kostelecky says the ice jams on the Heart River have led to high water from an area near South Heart to Dickinson. He says a Golf course has been flooded and the high water is threatening a few homes near Gladstone.

In eastern North Dakota, the weather service predicts the Red River will rise above its 10-foot flood stage in Wahpeton tonight.

Forecasters say the Red is expected to be at around 15 feet in Wahpeton by next week.

Forecasters are watching a storm system to the west that could bring more moisture.
