Associated Press TEHRAN, Iran (AP) The father of imprisoned journalist Roxana Saberi has told The Associated Press he won't leave Iran until she's free. Reza Saberi says Iran should release his daughter. Iranian officials say she's been charged with spying and faces trial next week. Bismarck, N.D. (AP) Legislators are preparing to change a tobacco measure that voters approved last November and that's not sitting well with backers of the measure. Mayville state Representative Lee Kaldor says it's wrong to change an initiated measure so quickly after voters approved it. The ballot measure set up a new anti-tobacco fund with an executive committee to control how the money is spent. The state House wants to get rid of the executive committee and put the Health Department in charge of administration. Fargo, N.D. (AP) Fargo officials say sandbagging will continue at the Fargodome. They've reduced the total number of sandbags needed but still hope to fill about 250,000 bags today. BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) State health officials say the number of Flu cases in North Dakota has now surpassed 1,300. The Health Department says only seven of the state's 53 counties have not reported a flu case this season.
