Rural Roads in Tough ShapeApr 14 2009 8:19PM
KXMCTV Minot Here, east of Voltaire along Highway 52, a huge lake has formed. It's runoff from the hills to the south - and the water is just too much for the ditches and culverts to handle. That means water is running over many township and county roads in McLean County. And it's making travel dangerous. But it's also making it nearly impossible for townships that are running out of money to find ways to finance the repairs that are required.
