Associated Press Bismarck, N.D. (AP) Bismarck's Basin Electric Power Cooperative says construction is starting this week on a 40 million dollar transmission line in southwestern North Dakota. The 74-mile, 230-kilovolt line will run from an existing substation near Belfield to a new station near Rhame. MINOT, N.D. (AP) Minot Police are looking for vandals who tampered with two parked Canadian Pacific Railway locomotives and move them onto a main track. Authorities say a freight train carrying hazardous material narrowly avoided a collision when it came through last weekend. (Information from: KMOT-TV, http://kmot.com) BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) A 78-year-old Bismarck man has been ordered held without bail on a murder charge. Matthias Zimprich is accused of killing his 74-year-old wife, Ludwina. Zimprich's attorney says he's been undergoing cancer treatment and is a suicide risk. BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) The North Dakota Supreme Court says Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem may continue a probe into the marketing practices of an Internet service provider. Simple.net Inc. of Mesa, Arizona, has tried to block investigations saying they're barred because of a settlement between the company and the Federal Trade Commission.
