Three people were killed and one was injured when their pickup rolled over early this morning east of Velva near the town of Bergen.

According to the Highway Patrol all four men involved in the accident were from Canada.

The driver who was injured is 16 and from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Killed was a 25 year old male from Montreal, Quebec who was in the passenger seat.

Two men, ages 48 and 18 from Saskatoon, in the rear passenger seats were ejected. The pickup was westbound on highway 52 coming from Iowa en route to Saskatoon when it swerved into the north ditch, hit a culvert and rolled.
