Associated Press Devils Lake, N.D. (AP) State Water Commission officials have turned on the Devils Lake outlet. Assistant State Engineer Todd Sando says Devils Lake floodwaters won't start entering the Sheyenne River until today, because the water has to go through 14 miles of pipeline and canals. RAY, N.D. (AP) Classes are to resume today at the Ray school in northwestern North Dakota, after a reported threat led to the school's shutdown yesterday. Superintendent Daniel Anderson says only one entrance will be open and law enforcement officers will be there. Officers also are to be at SUNDay's graduation. (AP) Athletic directors of the University of North Dakota and North Dakota State won't predict when their schools will renew their sports rivalry, but they have started talking about it. NDSU and UND last played each other in Football in 2003. WILTON, N.D. (AP) The Highway Patrol says a Bismarck woman haas died after the sport utility vehicle she was driving went into the ditch on U.S. Highway 83 and overturned yesterday afternoon.
