Associated Press Bismarck, N.D. (AP) A group that funds developers of North Dakota farm products is giving money to eight projects. The quarterly grants from the Agricultural Products Utilization Commission, a state Commerce Department program better known as APUC, total nearly $254,0000. The largest grant, $76,000, is going to a large-scale dairy being developed in the Edgeley area.
