Bismarck, N.D. (AP) North Dakota's Supreme Court has revived a lawsuit against a Dickey County township for an August 2006 ATV accident that killed 13-year-old Brason Kappenman of rural Ellendale. The Supreme Court's ruling says there's a question about whether township board members knew about a potentially dangerous washout trench along part of the section line.

Grafton, N.D. (AP) Pembina County Extension Agent Leslie Lubenow says the timing of heavy rain over the Memorial Day weekend was horrible for area farmers trying to get their crops in the groUND. As much as 4 inches of rain fell in some parts of the region.

The officer plans to be on the train from Dilworth, Minn., to Williston, and radio to other troopers about any vehicle breaking traffic laws at the railroad crossings.

Grand Forks, N.D. (AP) The University of North Dakota flying team has won its 15th national title, with a record-breaking score in St. Louis. UND co-captain Ryan Guthridge won the National Top Pilot Award.
