(AP) North Dakota's Supreme Court has revived a lawsuit against a Dickey County township for an August 2006 ATV accident that killed 13-year-old Brason Kappenman of rural Ellendale. The Supreme Court's ruling says there's a question about whether township board members knew about a potentially dangerous washout trench along part of the section line. Grafton, N.D. (AP) Pembina County Extension Agent Leslie Lubenow says the timing of heavy rain over the Memorial Day weekend was horrible for area farmers trying to get their crops in the groUND. (AP) A North Dakota Highway Patrol trooper is to be a "spotter" on a BNSF Railway train today.
