Associated Press NEW YORK (AP) A study released by the Pew Charitable Trusts has found that clean energy jobs in the U.S. grew by 9 percent from 1998 to 2007, the latest year available. North Dakota is among the states with the fewest number of clean energy jobs, but it saw a growth rate of 31 percent in that time span. ABSARAKA, N.D. (AP) The Maple River Water Resource District has opted for the least expensive of two plans to repair an earthen dam in Cass County damaged by record spring flooding. The cost of repairing a dam just north of Absaraka is estimated at about $75,000. The federal government will pay about 75 percent.
