An early evening accident Tuesday near Mohall killed a 53-year-old California man.

It happened 11 miles west of Mohall on Highway 5.

The Highway Patrol says the man who has not been identified drove off the north shoulder and then overcorrected sending the car into the ditch where it hit an approach and rolled several times.

The California man was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
