Minot attorney arrested again

Minot, N.D. (AP) A Minot-based attorney arrested a week ago on cocaine and driving under the influence charges has been arrested again.

James Wolff faces a new DUI charge after his weekend arrest by a Highway Patrol trooper in Renville County.

Wolff's initial arrest by the Ward County Drug Task Force happened at a Minot bar last Thursday.

He has court hearings scheduled in Renville County on July 8 and Ward County on July 15.

Wolff also has a law office in the Renville County town of Mohall.
