Associated Press HARVEY, N.D. (AP) A 61-year-old Larimore man was killed in a motorcycle wreck in Wells County this morning. The Highway Patrol says the man's motorcycle crashed on state Highway 200, southeast of Harvey. Fargo, N.D. (AP) A former Blue Cross Blue Shield official awaiting trial on child pornography charges has agreed to move into a Fargo halfway house until the trial begins. Robert Scheiring has pleaded not guilty to federal charges. He had been living at home under electronic monitoring since his arrest in May. Devils Lake, N.D. (AP) North Dakota's Health Department says the Devils Lake outlet no longer needs a permit to move water into the Sheyenne River. Gov. John Hoeven says the change is needed to protect residents from flooding. Canada opposes the outlet, fearing the transfer of harmful material into its water system. State officials say the fears are unfounded. FARGO, N.D. (AP) Billy Crystal and Bob Costas will host a showing of Crystal's Film "61" at the Fargo Theatre tomorrow night, in conjuction with the Roger Maris Celebrity Golf Tournament.
