KXMCTV Minot The cost for security for two of the fugitives while they were hospitalized after the June 6 shootout is already well over $26,000. County officials say they may be stuck with some medical bills, too. Twenty-six-year-old Joshua Southwick and 22-year-old Ashton Mink were arrested after the shootout with officers earlier this month. That came nearly two weeks after they escaped from the Perry County Detention Center in Uniontown, Alabama. Also taken into custody were Mink's wife and sister, who authorities said helped the men escape.
