Business ordered to forfeit cash, merchandiseJun 4 2007 4:51PM
Associated Press U-S Attorney Drew Wrigley says the business is called Just For Me Incorporated. He says the business pleaded guilty today to conspiracy to launder money. The company is owned by Judy Eshoo of Bismarck. It's located within another business called Century Eyewear Incorporated. That business is owned by Robert Field and Jacqueline Field. Wrigley says Eshoo the Fields and other employees sold counterfeit handbags and other knock-off designer fashion accessories at the two businesses. Wrigley says the merchandise was made outside of the U-S and was purchased through suppliers in New York. (Copyright 2007 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.) APNP 06-04-07 1641CDT |
