She tells NBC's "Today" show the task won't be complete when violence and the number of U.S. troops in the country are reduced. Rice says Iran remains a "very troublesome neighbor." JAKARTA, Indonesia (AP) Authorities have issued a tsunami warning after an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 7.9 hit near western Indonesia. The undersea quake could be felt in the capital of Jakarta. CAPITOL HILL (AP) Toy makers go before a Senate panel today for a hearing on toy safety. The hearing comes a week after Mattel announced a third recall of lead-tainted toys from China. China, meanwhile, has agreed to ban the use of lead paint in toys exported to the U.S. BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) Neurosurgeons say Buffalo Bills tight end Kevin Everett could walk again after he voluntarily moved his arms and legs yesterday. Everett suffered what was described as a life-threatening spinal cord injury in a game against the Denver Broncos on Sunday. He remains in intensive care and doctors say he'll slowly be taken off sedation. NEW YORK (AP) Investors appear ready to take profits after yesterday's sharp gains on Wall Street.
