Yankton gun dealer pleads guilty to keeping shoddy records...Oct 7 2007 7:14AM
Associated Press SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) A gun dealer from Yankton faces up to five years in prison after pleading guilty to selling firearms without noting the name, age and place of residence of the purchaser. Thirty-two-year-old Kevin Haug entered the plea in federal court in Sioux Falls. He owns Rivercity Tool and Pawn in Yankton and as a federally-licensed firearms dealer, must keep records of all sales involving firearms. Haug acknowledged that on February 12th he sold guns to someone without completing the required paperwork. He's scheduled to be sentenced December tenth. (Copyright 2007 by The Associated Press.
