Bank of America shares were down more than 2 percent at midday. NEW YORK (AP) Retail Gasoline Prices have crossed another milestone. Regular unleaded has reached $3.50 a gallon, on average, according to the AAA and oil Price Information Service. NEW YORK (AP) Wal-Mart Stores remains atop the latest version of the Fortune 500 list. It has edged Exxon Mobil for the second straight year in the annual ranking of the nation's largest publicly traded companies. MIAMI (AP) Tens of thousands of ill Florida smokers and families of those who died are lining up for a share of a 600 million dollar fund.
