BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) Come Monday, expect to shell out another penny for a postage stamp.

The Postal Service says it has been hit hard by rising gas prices and is raising the prices from 41 cents to 42 cents.

However, you can save some money by stocking up on the forever stamp.

It costs 41 cents and can be used anytime after the postage increase.

This is the second stamp increase in a year.
