Pine Ridge man admits to causing crash that killed 2...Jun 29 2008 10:23AM
Associated Press RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) A Pine Ridge man will avoid a trial after he acknowledged that he was speeding while under the influence of alcohol and caused an accident that killed two people. Phillip Robideau (ROHB'-ah-doo) was indicted in November 2006 by a federal grand jury for vehicular involuntary manslaughter for the Aug. 10, 2006, crash near Pine Ridge. According to the indictment, Robert Lee Good Crow and Jacqueline Renee Tail were killed. Robideau pleaded guilty in federal court in Rapid City. He could be sentenced to up to six years in prison.
