Associated Press And this time, the tribal police cooperated. Last year, they shut down a similar blockade and arrested three organizers. Blockade members stopped cars Saturday and asked drivers if they had alcohol. Then tribal police farther down the road confiscated any alcohol brought onto the reservation and ticketed violators.
