A U.S. official close to the talks says Russian leaders have said they don't plan a long-term occupation. Because of concerns about foreign spies and terrorists, a memo says workers will also have to report on their overseas travel. WASHINGTON (AP) The Associated Press has learned the government owns hundreds of underground fuel tanks that need to be inspected for leaks of hazardous substances that could make local water undrinkable. The Federal Emergency Management Agency says there's no evidence of reported leaks or harm to communities from the tanks. HOUSTON (AP) A flight attendant suing the wife of megachurch evangelist Joel Osteen testified today in Houston that Victoria Osteen attacked her on a plane in 2005. The attendant says Osteen verbally and physically abused her and another attendant because a spill on Osteen's arm rest wasn't quickly cleaned up. Osteen says there was no attack.
