WARSAW, Poland (AP) There seems to be some movement in Washington's negotiations with Poland over a proposed U.S. missile defense base there. WASHINGTON (AP) With a sluggish economy, a weak Housing Market and falling home values, homeowners are finding it more difficult to dodge foreclosure.
