Fargo, N.D. (AP) Police say a manager at a Fargo engine repair shop pulled out a pellet gun and struggled with a customer after the customer refused to leave the store.

Sgt. Jeff Skuza says the case will be turned over to prosecutors to consider charges against the manager, the customer, or both.

Skuza said the dispute took place Monday at The Garden Hut. He said the customer was not intimidated when the manager pulled out the pellet gun and the two fought before the customer called police.

No one was arrested.
