Reallife cliffhanger in BillingsNov 20 2008 7:36PM
Associated Press BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) A man is accused of getting his vehicle stuck on the edge of the Rimrocks in Billings with a passenger passed out inside. Hunter James is charged with felony criminal endangerment and misdemeanor driving under the influence. Bail was set at $7,500 in Justice Court, and 21-year-old James was ordered to appear Friday for arraignment in District Court. Police say James left a 19-year-old man passed out in the passenger seat of a 2003 Dodge Durango, with a case of beer at his feet. A firetruck secured the Durango until a tow truck arrived to winch it away from the cliff. Information from: Billings Gazette, http://www.billingsgazette.com (Copyright 2008 by The Associated Press.
