The aide says financial disclosure issues involving former President Bill Clinton have been worked out. NEW YORK (AP) The big skid continues on Wall Street. It's been more than 20 years since the Dow has seen a worse two-day percentage drop: 10.6 percent. Economist Dana Johnson says the markets have been taken over by "unrelenting gloom."
