Senator Hillary Rodham CLinton will be unveiled as his choice for secretary of state. His nominee for homeland security secretary will be Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano. ISLAMABAD, Pakistan (AP) Pakistan's president says the terrorists who attacked in India last week had no links to his government. He's promising to work for good relations with India as the investigation proceeds. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice says "total transparency" is needed. BAGHDAD (AP) Bombings in Iraq have killed at least 31 people today. After a car bomb blew up in Baghdad, what appears to be a teenage suicide bomber struck while people gathered around, killing at least 16 and wounding many more. A bombing in Mosul killed 15. NEW YORK (AP) Online retailers are hoping they've got a deal for you on "Cyber Monday." But their expectations have also been lowered on what's considered the unofficial kickoff to the online retail season. GREAT NECK, N.Y. (AP) A Long Island Democrat is hiding his vanity license plates that say "OBAMA" so no one steals them.
