Guard to ReturnJan 6 2009 12:50PM
KXMBTV Bismarck This is just one Bismarck family, anxiously awaiting their return. Here are the soldiers one year ago... The Guard says the first group of soldiers from the 191st Military Police Company flew into Fort Lewis, Washington, last night. The rest of the unit is to arrive there today. The soldiers are expected back in North Dakota in a few days... Something family and friends can't wait for. (Duane and Debbie Hoffert/Waiting for Son) "Start crying! I know I will, we know how it's going to be crazy because when 957 came home, the armory out there was standing room only, and you could scoop him up an get him out, grab him, hug him, first thing to my mind too, because to feel that he's there." The 191st began active duty in January of last year. We'll have more on the Hofferts tonight at ten.
