House restrictions barring recipients from owning or using private aircraft have been lifted after Kansas lawmakers said it could hurt their state, one of the nation's centers of aircraft manufacturing. He was found in a Florida campground. He apparently parachuted out of his plane, which crashed as he sped off on a motorcycle he had stashed. A 30-hour board meeting exposed major differences between a faction which supports the vote and another that doesn't. The latter group controls the board but the pro-vote side fought a major delaying action at the meeting. WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. (AP) A dolphin dispute pits animal rights advocates against federal wildlife officials. The Feds say the best thing to do for five dolphins swimming in a New Jersey river is leave them alone.
