http://sayanythingblog.com/index.php A group called Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood has started a letter-writing campaign to America’s toy makers asking them to stop advertising their products. Why? Because that advertising makes kids want their toys. And naturally parents must then buy the toys
Because it’s not like the parents can’t turn off the television. Or, you know, just tell the kids “no” Honestly, would it kill people to exercise a bit of personal responsibility now and then? |
