Wow: Senator Barbara Boxer Gets Scolded For Racial Condescension

Here’s Ed Morrissey’s description of the exchange:



Barbara Boxer wound up getting reamed by Harry Alford, the chair of the National Black Chamber of Commerce, after attempting to challenge his testimony on energy policy. When Boxer started waving position papers from the NAACP and the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, Alford called it a “condescending” attack and complained about Boxer’s focus on black people rather than science.

It’s always amusing to watch liberals - particular white liberals - get all huffy when someone who is of a minority race wanders off the liberal plantation.  It’s as if you can’t be authentically black or Hispanic or what have you unless you also buy in to liberal dogma.



Because your skin color should define your politics, I guess.



And they call Republicans racist.
