Fresh from road loss, Montana State prepares to host Weber State

BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) In Volleyball, Montana State prepares to host Weber State this week after losing a weekend match to Sacramento State.

Play in California ended with the Hornets winning 25-21, 25-20 and 25-15. It was their fourth straight victory in the Big Sky Conference.

MSU freshman Macy Merrell recorded a career-high nine kills and 10 digs.

MSU plays Weber State on Friday at Shroyer Gymnasium, on the Bozeman campus.
