Associated Press Fargo, N.D. (AP) North Dakota State assistant Football coach Brent Vigen has been promoted to offensive coordinator. The Buxton native has been on the staff for 11 years. He was quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator the last four years. Vigen was a two-year starter at tight end for the Bison.
