(AP) The lawyer for a former Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota official accused in a child pornography case says a plea agreement has been reached with prosecutors. Robert Scheiring has pleaded not guilty to federal charges of distribution and possession of child porn. His attorney, Steven Light, has asked for a change of plea hearing. BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) Jury selection starts today in Bismarck in the trial of a teenager charged with manslaughter in her infant daughter's death. Eighteen-year-old Stevie Buckley also faces three drug charges.
