(AP) Senator Byron Dorgan says the Forest Service is prepared to start using a new grazing administration plan on western North Dakota's federal grasslands with or without the approval of two major rancher associations. The Medora and McKenzie County grazing associations had until today to make a decision on it.

Fargo, N.D. (AP) The lawyer for a former Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota official accused in a child pornography case says a plea agreement has been reached with prosecutors. Robert Scheiring has pleaded not guilty to federal charges of distribution and possession of child porn. His attorney, Steven Light, has asked for a change of plea hearing.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) Jury selection starts today in Bismarck in the trial of a teenager charged with manslaughter in her infant daughter's death. Eighteen-year-old Stevie Buckley also faces three drug charges. She has pleaded not guilty.

(AP) The manager of the new Ronald Reagan Minuteman Missile State Historic Site near Cooperstown says it's been a good first three months. Mark Sunlov says more than 4,000 visitors have come through.
