KXMBTV Bismarck Union members voted to approve the companies offer from Wednesday. Neither side would go into the details of the contract. However, Union Spokesperson Steve Chmielewski says he is personally disappointed with the health insurance portion of the deal. Bobcat Spokesperson Wendy Bost released a statement saying "The agreement balances the union's interest in addressing health insurance costs with the need to promote the long-term economic health of the business." Brad Feldman has been following this story since it started. Tonight he recaps the last 14 days. On October 7th, Union members rejected a contract offer from Bobcat.
