The group is the Children’s Defense Fund. I’m glad our congressmen are receiving recognition for their work, but I’m still disappointed we have 15,000 children in North Dakota without health insurance. Since our most of the GOP state representatives (Berg, Kasper, etc.) run in fear at the thought of passing anything to help young North Dakotans, the federal government is the most likely governmental body to start helping these kids. With their new positions of power, Dorgan, Conrad, and Pomeroy are uniquely situated to help
