"Mostly the faults of Democrats". What? Some quick fact checking reveals that the corrupt Bush-Cheney Administration and the GOP have controlled the three branches of government for the past 7 years and spent this country into the poorhouse with tax cuts and a trillion-dollar war. Yet you blame the Dems for wanting to have some decent domestic programs for the taxpayers that are being bled dry by no-bid military contracts and out-of-control pork barrel spending? Exactly what would it take for you to point the finger at the Republicans?

This was the same senator who previously said there should be consequences for actions and that these weren't political matters. Go figure!
