It wasn't the best day for a barbecue, but it was a

good day to see the Fitterer twins and help them.

The ten month old girls Abygail and Madysen were at Cashwise foods today for their fundraiser.

The line for hotdogs, brats and chips was constant.

Stacy and Suzy Fitterer say they are overwhelmed by the turnout.

The money will be used to help pay medical expenses for the conjoined twins and for future surgeries...

(Stacy Fitterer / Father) "More than likely they're going to need 2-3 more surgeries, one or two surgeries that are minor, some wait until done growing." (Suzy Fitterer / Mother) since their surgery they each have different problems that will need to fix, doing well, good news from Mayo when we were there. A year ago, I didn't think I'd be standing here today, but gladly we are, gladly we are."
