ND man arrested on suspicion of assaulting girl

Fargo, N.D. (AP) An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl at a private gathering in Fargo.

Welden Douglas Littleghost of Sheyenne was being held Saturday at the Cass County jail on suspicion of sexual assault and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Fargo police say Littleghost was found assaulting a girl he knew at a Fargo residence. The people who found Littleghost confronted him.
