Fargo, N.D. (AP) A $2 million program in North Dakota will help fuel station operators install pumps that let consumers choose among pure gasoline, ethanol or a combination of the two. The program will provide grants of up to $5,000 to defray the $25,000 cost of a pump.

(AP) A state paleontologist says Dakota the duckbilled dinosaur is back in Bismarck after a trip to Japan, where it had been featured in an exhibit since July. The 67-million-year-old Edmontosaurus with fossilized skin was found in North Dakota's Badlands a decade ago.
