It's the game that will decide the DAC champion and the number one seed in the DAC bowl when 17th rated Minot State travels to Dickinson this Saturday to take on the 20th rated Blue Hawks. The Beavers are coming off of a 58-6 win over Mayville State and both teams come into the game undefeated in DAC play. The Beavers enter the game with the top rushing offense in the conference but expect to be challenged on both sides of the line.



Paul Rudolph, MSU Football coach:Their tight ends an awful good player, he's capable of making some plays in the pass game and then they got a hard running runningback who's an all-conference guy a couple years ago and he was hurt last year and then they created some depth there last year. But their quarterback's been throwing the ball well, moved around, we got to try and pull him up but they got some good skill, they really do. They've really done a nice job of stopping the run and then creating some pressure and they're not a big pressure team but it seems like they kind of pick and choose their place and when they do they have had a pretty good chance of getting to you so we've gotta be on our toes and play one of our best ballgames.

Bart Archdekin, senior:Everyone on this team has been looking forward to this game for a long time. About a year now actually so it's a great rivalry to begin with and it's even better now that we get to play them.

Jeremy Kessler, senior:I couldn't think of a better place to be at the end of the year. We're both undefeated. We get to go down there and play Dicky again for the conference championship. It should be a fun game. I think our defense is definitely ready to go. Coach got us planned on going out there and executing our game plan and going out there and being confident and getting the job done.
